This organization is an affiliate of a larger national organization. The purposes are to provide a smooth transition from art education preparation to professional practice; to raise and maintain a high standard of quality art education on campus and in the community; to gain greater insight and perspective about the teaching of art and contemporary concepts in art education; to sponsor service projects; to promote an exchange of ideas about art education; and to enlist future teachers from high school, promoting art education as a career. Psychology Club

The purpose of the KSU Psychology Club is to stimulate increased awareness of the field of psychology and to lend support to those interested in the discipline, as well as providing opportunities for community service and to facilitate interactions with other student organizations. Membership is open to any currently enrolled KSU student.

We provide our members with:
- EXCELLENT volunteer opportunities
- SUPERB student mentoring
- MARVELOUS monthly membership meetings (food and fun are always included- free of charge) We always have speakers (typically of the members choosing) at our meetings. Past speakers have included successful alumni with a degree in Psychology, active and prominent citizens of the community, recipients of our fund raising efforts and (but certainly not limited to) local businesses or non-profits looking for employees or volunteers.
